Okay..so for now, this is going to be my last post on this blog. I was worried I would not keep up with it, and lo and behold, my last post was exactly 3 months ago. I am focusing more on photography, and will be creating a photography blog to showcase my photography sessions. The new site is www.fillaphotography.blogspot.com. So, feel free to join me over there. As of right now, there is nothing on it, but give me a few days, and there will be!
Thanks and I'll see you over there! :)

I haven't forgotten...
So...I haven't forgotten about this, but life is busy right now. Which is a good thing, but leaves little "play" time. I am going to update this in the next day or so...PROMISE! :)

My neighbors
So, I asked my neighbors if they wanted to do a family shoot, and Heather was super excited about it. Then I was nervous! I'm such a perfectionist and get rather upset when things don't come out the way I expect. But, they are so much fun to be around and my daughter, Raegan, and their daughter Adison are BFF's, so we had fun. Raegan must feel like a part of their family, because she actually wanted to be in all the photos...LOL.

Still recovering...
Hurricane Ike struck September 13, 2008 alot worse than everyone imagined. I went to Kemah for lunch, and took a few pictures. These are just a few of the buildings I saw still trying to recover...

Creepy Old Buildings
I decided to snoop around some old buildings I've been eyeballing for a long time and came across some interesting finds. There are some small buildings near the Brunson Theater that looked like they were some sort of drive thrus at one point. Here is what I found...The square in the middle of the door above is a knocked out window. You look in it, and this is what you see. Some sort of underground area under Pearce St. There are stairs that lead down there, and the door is deadbolted, so I could not get in, but I sure would not go by myself anyways!
